SIMSB specialises in engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and maintenance of O&G pipelines and process piping works. SIMSB also owns a Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) machine and GPR Mapping facilities.

Jelang Fajar Sdn. Bhd. (Jelang Fajar) is a subsidiary of SIMSB, Jelang Fajar is the developer of the housing project in Kuantan known as Taman Putera Perwira which was launched in 2008.

Jelang Fajar signed an MOU with Koperasi Perumahan Angkatan Tentera (KPAT) for this project which will be marketed to the members of KPAT. This project has three phases with a total of 728 middle low cost houses. To date, phase 1 has been launched and sold out with 258 total units. It is expected to be completed in July 2010.

The company uses modern building technologies in its projects and  aims to be a major player in the housing industry and is looking into opportunities to work with and market it’s potential projects to more government agencies, cooperations and the general public.
