SAAG
was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965
on November,2 1982 as a private limited company under
the name Sistem Alat-Alat Gas Sdn Bhd. The original intention
of the Company was to convert the fuel dispensing mechanism
of vehicles to enable them to operate on natural gas instead
of petrol |

| 1984 |
SAAG
obtained a license from national oil corporation Petroliam
Nasional Bhd (Petronas) which allowed the Company to service
and supply various equipment and machinery used by firms
operating in the oil and gas (O&G) industry. |

| 1994 |
The
Company was converted into a public company under the
name SAAG Corporation Berhad with issued and paid-up capital
of RM16,000,000. |

| 1995 |
SAAG
was listed on the Second Board of the Kuala Lumpur Stock
Exchange (now known as Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad)
under the Trading/Services sector on 10 February 1995. |

| 2001 |
The
Company changed its name momentarily to Britac Bhd before
reverting to the SAAG tagline following the present management's
decision to resume focus on the O&G business. |

| 2003 |
The
Company assumed its present name SAAG Consolidated (M)
Bhd. |

 |
| 2004 |
SAAG
expanded its capital to RM43,800,000. |
 |
 |
| 2006 |
Increase in share capital to RM50,279,500. |

| 2007 |
Increase in share capital to RM61,649,500. |

| 2008 |
Transfer to Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. |
