Interjadi Sdn. Bhd. (Interjadi) was established in 2004, a subsidiary of SIMSB and is a Sabah based company involved in construction of telecommunication towers, civil works relating to tower installation and general construction works.
Interjadi aims to become a major key player in the construction of telecommunication towers industry in Malaysia. It has succeeded in securing projects with established telecommunication players in Malaysia.
PT Interjadi Asia, which was formed in November 14, 2007 in Indonesia and has two branches in Jakarta and in Medan.
Although a newcomer in 2007, the Company has been engaging in aggressive expansion plans and high mechanical standards that it is now recognised as a reputable telecommunications player in the industry. |

PT Interjadi Asia is involved in site acquisition and civil, mechanical and electronic engineering works. It has currently around 80 telecommunication towers being constructed or have been completed across the main islands of Java and Sumatra.
PT Interjadi Asia’s
clients are among others, Telkomsel, Telkom Flexi, SMART and Sampoerna Telecommunications. The Company works closely with the
major providers/ vendors in the market, namely Indonesian Tower, Jalin Lintas Nusantara, PMS and Balikom.
